For the 2011/12 season...
Shelley Club will manage the following squads:
- Shelley 1 in the Herts County Clubs League - 1st Division
- Shelley 2 in the Herts County Clubs League - 3rd Division
- Shelley 3 in the Watford League
- Shelley 4 in the Watford League
- Shelley 5 in the Watford League
- Shelley 6 in the Watford League
Shelley also competes in the Herts Indoor (St Albans) Monday League with a varying squad of players from all the squads.
Youngsters are encouraged to qualify as coaches and officials, often assisting in schools, the Local Coaching Centre, and other opportunities.
The Club has the following coaches and officials:
- Umpires - 2 x Panel, 1 x A, 2 x B, 3 x C and 2 Scorers
- Coaches - 3 x Level 2, 1 x Intermediate, 11 x Level 1
The Club has school/club links at present with Hemel Hempstead, Longdean, Kings Langley, John F Kennedy, Abbotts Hill, St Albans Collegiate and Cavendish.
Young volunteers encouraged to attend workshops and training sessions and gain hands-on experience in Club environment.
Mentoring is provided for coaches, umpires and training for administrators.
